Does it sound like I'm on the right path?!

Question: Does it sound like I'm on the right path!?
Hey there, so I'm looking to lose about 30+ pounds, I want to do this within 3 or 4 months if possible, so here's my plan!.

I plan on eating 5-6 small meals a day, all three hours apart, I'll stop eating by 6:30pm I will include lots of protein in the form of beans and veggies, lots of fruits and veggies, making sure i get all my calcium!. That kind of thing!. Getting all my water and taking a multi vitamin!.

I plan on buying a big notebook where I'll record my calorie intake for the day, when I ate it, and such, and my exercise!.

For Exercise, I joined a smaller gym, it has weights and some machines!. I plan on going on the elliptical or treadmill for at least 25 minutes for cardio!. And then I'd do a few other various machines, like the bike one and such!. And then for hte last half an hour, I'd lift weights!.

Does this sound like a good plan to help me lose this extra weight!? I'm honestly just doing this to get more healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, it sounds like you have a good plan!! You should get about 30 minutes of cardio a day, and only lift weights every other day, or they won't be able to repair themselves!. Other than that, go for it!!! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh definitely, that's perfect!. But you may have to watch out from the gym, because my doctor tells me that there's germs flying around the gym because of all that sweat, which causes you to be severely sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lost fat and have gained better health by following this and the other program I mention in My Profile!.

You will get everything you need by eating the following, listed in order of importance:

Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
Solid green veggies - raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, etc)
Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
Beans/legumes - cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
Whole grains (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)

Do not skip breakfast!. Oatmeal with fresh fruit!. No sugar or milk!. Rice or almond milk is better!. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put in it!.

You don't have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein!. You can still eat them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better!.

Don't count calories or carbs!. Diets and pills don't work!. Man can not copy all the nutrients that are found in live foods!. Vitamins take over and weaken the body!.

Drink filtered water!. City water may have added chemicals!. Can you really trust bottled water!?

Pop is one of the worst things you can put in your body!. Stay away from sugar, junk food and fast food!.

Great exercise:walking, bicycling, swimming!.
