Question: How many calores do you have to eat to gain a pound!?
How many calores do you need to eat without purning it off to gain a pound!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well it depends on your gender, age, activity level and height!. Basically, you gain pounds if you eat more calories than you burn off (don't worry about things like carbs/sugar, calories are the only thing that matter)!.
My advise for you would be to google "calorie needs calculator"!. There are many good calculators that, once you enter your age, gender, activity level and height, tell you how many calories you need to stay in your weight, to lose or gain!. It tells you how many calories you need a day, and you can try different activity levels to see how many you need on your couch potato days, and how many on your gym freak days!
