Question: Pleasee helpp me!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i reallly hate my thighs it bothers me everyday uggghhhhh i want to make my thighss skinnier someeone please helpp me ok welll i go on the treadmill everyday for about an hour but it feels like its not helpingg me!!! i rellay need helpp! like i dont want it to take a long time to lose it! I WANT MY THIGHS TO BECOME SKINNIER FASTTT!!!!!!! whats the fastest way!?!?!?!? like howw much excersice should i do everyday to make my thighs skinnier UUgGGGHH i really hate my thighs!!

do wall sits, just lean back to a wall, and go down until ur legs are at a 90 degree angle, then go back up, and then back down how many ever times u can!. gradually increase that number!. And instead of going up and down, u can just stay at the angle, and time urself, and gradually increase that time!. also, over all exercise helps a lot too, its good that u go on the treadmill!. keep it up, have patience,and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
