Working midnights and trying to find a diet plan.?!


Question: Working midnights and trying to find a diet plan!.!?
I work midnights and I m trying to eat better!.!.!.

I get off work at 7am and sometimes get to bed around 8 or 9am and sometimes get up between 1pm to 3pm!.

I really do not like eating before I go to bed!. It then just lays on my chest and I can't sleep well!.!.

If I had three meals a day like your suppose to have, when then should I eat!.!. and what!.!.!?

Should I eat bigger meals during my shift for dinner and lighters ones when I am at home!.!?

Any ideas!.!?

don't eat big meals during your shift try a healthy snack to get you through the night!.!. if you really can't stand to eat something before you go to bed at least try a protein bar or some type of breakfast bar!.!. eat your regular 3 meals a day but make sure you prepare small portions, also make sure you get some vegetables in and some protein!.!.start your meals when you get up!.!. the protein bar should be suficient enough to count as your 1st meal being that you are eating it before you go to bed and they say our bodies crave protien 2-3 hours after we go to bed so you will already have that on your stomach!.!. but like i said remember to eat lightly and in between meals try snacking on some fruit!.!. but you can't just only change your eating habits you have to throw some exercise in their,, the thing about dieting is that when we don't see the results fast enough we tend to give up!.!. don't!.!. just keep going and before you know it you'll be where you want to be!!! good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes Do Not EAT Before bed unless you want to gain weight!. if you eat then go to sleep your body doesn't need the energy it get's from the food so it converts it straight to fat!. breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same no matter when you eat them big breakfast for the energy, medium lunch and light dinner!.
plenty of veggies meat watch breads and such!. think of breakfast as when you get up the adjust the rest to fight with "day" regardless of the hourWww@Answer-Health@Com
