Sweatheart!.!.!.there isn't an average!. Everyone is different!. I am very muscular and always weighed more than my friends!. I would ask yourself!.!.!."How do my clothes fit!?" Go by what you look like, and how your clothes fit, not by weight!. Also, I know it's hard, but don't compare yourself to your friends!. Everyone is built differently and we all have different genetics!. My sisters can eat any and everything and they won't gain a pound!. I on the other hand have to be more cautious about what I eat!.
Bottom line!.!.!.You are only 14 years old!. Go out and have fun!. If you want to make sure you are in shape, or want to start working out, or eating right, here are few pointers:
1!. Make sure you are eating breakfast first thing in the morning!. This will jump start your metabolism!.
2!. Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day!. This will keep your metabolism moving and will keep your body out of starvation mode!.
3!. Don't eat past 7pm, unless you are planning on working the calories off after!.
4!. It's calories in vs!. calories out!. Make sure you are burning mroe calories than you are eating!.
5!. make sure you are getting some exercise!. This doesn't mean that you have to belong to a gym to do so!.
It's summertime!.!.!. take your dog or a friend with you on a walk!.
Walking is so good for you; as good as running!. Actually, better because it isn't hard on your body and knees!.
If you have access to a swimming pool, swimming is a great source of exercise!. People don't realize how good swimming is for you and your cardiovascular system!.
Bike riding is also good and fun!.
If you are watching t!.v!. bust out an "Ab" workout!. Sit in front of the t!.v!. and do some crunches or sit ups!. You can also start doing some "girlie" push ups!.
Whatever you do!.!.!.!.don't obsess!. I'm sure you are beautiful!. Weight is just a measure!.!.!.!.dont' let it beat you up!.

I'm 5'3 & a half & 14 too!. I don't know but I think the maximum is 110!. Not sure though! Google it!.
