How to go from 120 to 110 lbs?10 pts best answer?!


Question: How to go from 120 to 110 lbs!?10 pts best answer!?
i'm doing this for 2 reasons!.
1!. obviously, i want to lose 10 lbs!. don't worry, for my height the bmi will still be fine
2!. to get fit!. i seriously haven't done any solid, regular exercise since girls tennis season ended (oct!.) and i want to be on the team next year too!.

so how long will it take me to lose 10 lbs!?
and how do i go about doing it!? please don't give me suggestions like, "cut out ALL carbs" or something because even if i wanted to (i don't) my mother wouldn't let me do it!. i have to eat her food (it's pretty healthy anyways!. but lots of rice)

i've started exercising!.
today i walked a little over 20 min on the treadmill at a speed of 3!.7 mph :( yeah, i know it's not that great!.


so
1!. what should i do!? (exercise, food) how often
2!. how long will it take!?
3!. what do i need to avoid!?

1!. exercise at for 30-60 minutes a day
2!. eat lots of vegetables and fruits and chicken and instead of mcdonalds or unhealthy resturants eat subway :]
3!. at least 2 or 3 months or it depends if you esecise longer

you should eat 6 meals a day!.!.smaller meals (yogurt with granola, small chicken breast!.) do jogging and moderate short sprints!. also use a weight training program that involves repititions of 10 or more !.!.!.!. drink plenty of water and dont eat 2 hours before you go to bed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, run a lot, or jog!. and food wise, try eating smaller portions!. also, don't eat after 8 o clock!. another tip is to eat a couple pieces of broccoli before you eat!. it speeds up your metabolism and helps you eat less!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay here is the best thing you can do!.!.!.for at least a month!.!.!.ever morning go running for a mile or 2 and i dotn mean on the treadmill I'm talking hardcore in the sun running!.!.!.also EAT everything u ate before but eat half of it!.!.!.for example if you usually ate a plate full of rice eat half of taht plate!. I'm hoping this will work cuz it worked on my cousin accept she didn't go running in the morning !.!.!. she actually ate everything but half of it and she did it for like 6 months instead of a month and she ended up losing 40 pounds! so i hope this will help you too!.!.!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of water (6-8 glasses a day), fruits and veggies as snacks, 2-3 servings of dairy a day, and foods high in fiber and low in sat and trans fats!. Since you can't cut out carbs, go for whole weat breads, pastas, brown rice, etc!. Be sure to look at portion sizes, too!. Sometimes they seem really small, but after about a week, you're satisfied with the recommended amount and anything more than that seems like way too much!. Since you are exercising, it's possible to lose about 2 pounds a week!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
