DIET!! I NEED A GOOD PLAN TO STICK TO that will help me lose weight by the 27th/28th?

i weigh 123 but i wnna get down to 105 which is ideal for my heigtt ..about 5" n i dont wnna hear oo u dont need to lose weight or ull be anorexc cuz ure not me n thats not true and dont answer if u dont know, not jus for free points.

First of all, I am NOT a doctor. I am not a health professional by any means. Trying to lose that much weight in such a small amount of time is probably not healthy but I do know where you are coming from. Talk to a doctor before you diet. Start with lots of water everyday. I drink about 10 glasses a day, 8 minumum.

Eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and nothing after 6pm except water.

Stick to fresh fruit and veggies and broiled/baked fish or chicken at least once a day. Mrs. Dash is GREAT seasoning and "I can't believe it's not butter" SPRAY is a "miracle" product to me. Don't skip meals. It confuses your metabolism and can counter-act what you are trying to accomplish. IF you consume bread, rice or pasta or cereal, it should be WHOLE GRAIN, not multi grain. The label must state WHOLE GRAIN. Avoiding bread, rice and pasta, may help with faster weight loss but should not be considered a long-term solution or way of life.

Absolutely NO ALCOHOL until the 28th if you are serious about losing any weight.

Sugar is the "enemy." I stopped consuming artifically sweetened foods and starches that are not WHOLE GRAIN. Search the internet for information about Glycemic indexes and you will find a world of helpful information. Again, consult a physician before you change or start a diet.

You can get natural sugar from natural foods...fruits and vegetables. This is the "lifestyle" that has worked for me so, I can only speak for myself. The best part is, I only do it 5 out of 7 days a week and it works. I don't go "crazy" on the weekends but I do eat my cheese burgers, pizza and chocolate. You will find that over time, you won't crave them so much so cutting that stuff out 5 days a week becomes a "no brainer" and you won't be "dying" for that junk food so much on Sat & sunday, especially when you see and feel how well you look. Your skin will LOVE this diet. Of course, don't forget the water, as I stated before. Drink the 8 glasses of water a day. It can be a real chore but it really works, trust me.

One last thing is exercise (of course). If this is something you don't normally "do", just start by parking further away to the entrances of the stores you shop at, taking the stairs and not the elevator for example. Little things can make a big difference.
