Question: I am 14!.!.i weigh 108 pounds!.!.!.can u give me some gaining weight tips!?
Answers:
-EAT LIKE A MONSTER
-but eat healthy foods
-and LOTS of protein like chicken
-WORK FOR MASS
-don't go out and run 5 miles!.!.!.
-do push-ups until you can't do anymore then just chill out the rest of the day


I can't really give you any more tips since you seem like such a beginner to gaining weight/bodybuilding!.!.!.Working out helps tremendously!.!.!.

Drink anywhere from 3-5 glasses of WHOLE milk a day!. I did that for about a month or so and let me tell you, I packed on the pounds! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
