Well I'm 17 and 5'6" and I'm about 115 lbs, I think my ideal would be 110 lbs but that might be a little underweight!. I'm happy with my weight :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first off you have to loose the weight idea!. Get that out of your head period!. You say your thin right!? Then you want to bulk up or rather, add muscle to shape your body!. What you need to do is clean up your eating!. Get rid of carbs and eat higher protien meals 5-7 small meals a day!. This keeps your metobolic rate going smooth to keep fat off your body!. You have to get a workout in mind!. Start with a total bodyworkout, squats, bench press, curls, tricep extentions, leg lifts, calf raises and shoulder shrugs!. These are core movements that will shape your body!. Dont worry about looking like a bodybuilder, the only possible way for a female to look like that is by the use of anobolic steroids!. No matter how much you lift you will never get that big or even come close to looking like that!. If I took 2 wemon who were 5'6 and lets say 145lbs, one could be obese and out of shape and the other could be slim and defined with lots of curves!. The issue is then bodyfat, not how mutch you weight!. I am 6'5 309lbs but my body fat is usually about 11%!. I am considered obese by medical standards but looking at my icon you may say otherwise!. Build and shape your body and get rid of the scale mantality, trust me it does nothing but cause headaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well when i was 15 i was about 5'6 ish and weighed about 95 pounds,!.!.!.very under weight but im naturally very skinny and had very little body fat and was ate all the time (fast metabolism)!.!.!.but im 21 now and have slowly been gaining some weight currently im 5'8 and 108 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a girl your age/height, 115lb-150lb depending on frame size, muscle mass, etc!. You cannot narrow it down to an exact weight because everyone carries their weight differently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I will say 115, not sure ! but then again im really short, so I have no idea what a person that tall is supose to weight ,and I weight 114 pounds and I don''t look skinny at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 15 I was about 180 lbs!. I was a size 14 and I was happy with that!. But now I'm 241 lbs!. and I hate my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 15, and ALMOST 5'5, and i weigh 108 which is a bit underweight i guess!.
