Question: I want to tone up all over - what is best way to get results!?
I am right weight for my height and build - I have a nice shape too but I want to tone up as I feel as if I am not firm enough - what is the best way to achieve it!?

DVD fitness or work out classes or gym!?

I guess I need to cut down fat in my diet too!? But I DO NOT WISH TO LOSE WEIGHT OR LOSE MY BOOBS!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try calisthenics, the most underated form of exercise, largely becuase it is not a money-spinner for the diet and slimming industry!.

Calisthenics are as effective as any other weight or resistance exercise, and it costs nothing to do them, because all of the exercises use your own bodyweight for resistance, and all exercises can be performed in your own home!.

Unfortunately your boobs - like all boobs - are made of fat, so if you do lose weight your boobs may decrease in size too, however if you tone up your chest as part of your exercise regime the resultant increased pectoral muscles could compensate for any fat loss-induced size decrease!.

i would like you to go to gym for pilatic ,,then you can buy dvds for pilatic as you know that pilatic is one of the best things that tone your body and in additon you can practice active yoga *its very good to tone your body and its not easy by the way*
lifting weights will make you tone up too but if you want to lift light wieghts then you will burn fat and tone
big weights will make you bulk if you eat much protin ofcouse it wont look like a man ,*YOU NEED STriods for that*

tae bo 10 min workout 3 times a week its not hard and can fit in day to day life !.!.!.!.!.i was 14 and a half stone started doing that and lost half a stone in two weeks and toned up ! I would say pilates, but mixed in with a healthy dose of cardio in a pool, which also tones you!. This is a good way to tone up without losing valuable breastage!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy a pilates dvd!. It is an exellent workout to tone your body!. They say you can have the body of a dancer with that method!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
