Question: After the gym i completely do not feel like eating so!.!.!.!?
what should i do!?

I have to wrokout after work so between 5pm adn 6pm and then I do not feel like having any dinner!.

I know I should skip meals but I really can't stand eating after the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you are experiencing is a common phenomenon!. It is one of the reasons why so many of us take an evening walk before dinner!.

Exercise dulls the appetite - so that we eat less to satisfy our need for food!.

What your body is doing is busily burning up calories which you don't need!. There you are, pumping away, the blood racing, your body consuming it's store of fats - so why bother stoking up the boiler, until your brain and body start screaming for food!?

after working, you should atleast take some protein shake its good for you and it can be a replacement meal!.!.it could also help you lose weight cuz it keeps you full!.!.and it helps your growth and healing process for your muscles so you dont injure yourself =)
