What is the quickest, non medicinal way to lower blood pressure?!


Question: What is the quickest, non medicinal way to lower blood pressure!?
Here is what I know I need to do:
Exercise!.
Lower Sodium intake!.
Lower fat intake!.
Fish Oil Pills!.
Fiber!.

But what else will help!?

Also, any pointers on lowering cholesterol would be great too!.

I have an insurance physical coming in two weeks, and while my BP hasn't traditionally been high, it has crept up in the past 6 months as I have let things slide a bit!.
I know I need to lose weight!.
I know I need to exercise!.
I know I need to eat healthier!.
I am working on those as permanent lifestyle changes!.

But for the next two weeks, what can I do to pass this physical!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
