That is the healthy weight for someone thats 5'4!. !.!.!.1/2!.

If you REALLY want to lose weight, go for 5-7 pounds then, but not 20!. Trust me, 5 pounds actually makes a huge difference!.

Still, if you insist on losing weight (for God's sakes, not 20, but maybe 5), I hope you will do it the healthy way!. This means getting at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise every way (exercise at the intensity that you can still talk, but not sing, and you're doing good)!. When you drink something, make sure it's milk or water!. Same here i need to lose 20lbs fast!
Well over the summer just do around 1 hour exercise everyday and eat really healthy and the weight will come of quickly!.
