Question: How much fat/calories do we have to take to gain a kg!?
Its not like I want to gain weight but I ate ALOT today so I wanted to know if I would gain weight tomorrow!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes an excess of 3500 calories to put on one pound of fat!. (Excess means above what your body burns- not 3500 calories total)!. A pound of fat is equivalent to 2!.2 kg!. Divide 3500 by 2!.2 and you get 1590 or about 1600 excess calories to gain a kilogram of fat!.
