How much weight do you think i'll lose a week?!


Question: How much weight do you think i'll lose a week!?
if I eat healthy (just 3 meals a day), I got for a 45 minute walk every day and I do 15 minutes on a stepper (and using 1!.5kg weights with it) how much weight on average do you think i could lose a week!? (btw, I'm quite overweight)

I would take it nice and slow!. Don't over do it or you will get frustrated and burn out!.

Limit your food intake to 1200 calories a day!. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks in between meals!. Drink plenty of water!. Take your walks but start off by walking 30 minutes a day and/or step it one day and walk another!. Mix up your routines so you will not get bored with it!.

You should lose 2 to 3 pounds a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back!. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets!. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3
