How can I resist temptation?!


Question: How can I resist temptation!?
I worked out really hard today!. My mom made chocolate chip
cookies & I want one sooooooo bad!. Any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go ahead and have the cookie haha! Only eat it if you have ate clean for the whole day if you are really trying to get in shape and lower your body fat %!. Just one cookie will not hurt you and homemade chocolate chip cookies are what heaven probably tastes like lol!. Everything is ok in moderation but if you really really do not want to eat the cookie I suggest drinking water and eating some healthy alternatives like some baby carrots or celery!. If you are like me though 1 cookie is just not enough =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you ever get tempted like that, just say 1!. Just think of the amount of calories there is in one cookie and how much running you have to do to work it off!. Once you get down to the weight youre okay with you can have 1 sweet thing a day, but you HAVE to have self control with it, if you think its just going to tease you either go work out more, or get sweet tasting granola bars, theyre only like 90 calories and it might solve your problem!. goooood luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

heyy, you have to try your best to resist temptation!. Umm tell your mom to stop making choc!. chip lol jkjk!. uhh slowly lower down!. eat 2 now, thn 1!.!. eventually you will resist!.!.!. Whenever you see junk food, try to think of the image that you want!.!.!. Also keep in mind that eating healthy and nutritive is just as important as exercising!. Well I deny my self by thinking about how many more calories I will have to burn tomorrow because I indulged in what ever snack I wanted at that time!. I also keep a picture of a fitness model hanging in my room so I can look at it a it encourages me because if I eat that junkie item it will take me longer to obtain a "perfect" body!.

I would explain to your mom that you are on a diet and that you would like for her to start buying healthier foods for you!. The first thing you do when you are going on a diet is get rid of all junk food in your house cause you will eat it!. I have a few tips on my site below if you wanna take a look!.

dont strain ur self!. u cant go cold turkey!.!.!.!.that DOES NOT work!. so lets say u usually eat 3 cookies b4 u started working out now eat 2!. and the next time eat1 and u have 2 train urself to not want it =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
