Can diet/exercise help decrease skeletal (bone) size?!

Question: Can diet/exercise help decrease skeletal (bone) size!?
I am trying to get a bit thinner by working out and eating healthier, but it seems I can't really get much thinner because I can feel my skeleton on almost all parts of my body where I'd like to get thinner!. By doing what is mentioned above, is it possible to decrease my bone mass!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you own a plasimic fusion ray that can input and suggest a large amount of salt into your body, while your in a subconsious and almost comatose state, then I am sincerly sorry my friend no!.

Big bone or small bones cannot be shrank by exercise or diet, so much as to age and weathering!. So work with the bones you got!. If your bones are to point that thats as thin as your skin can go, then your most likely better off to be a muscluar/tone body type than just thin or skinny!.

I hope that helped!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your skeleton makes you look fat huh!?
Assuming this is a serious question (which i don't think it is) the answer is no!. Exercise, especially weight training, will only make your bones stronger!. If you want to decrease your bone mass, drink lots of dark colas(yes diet ones work) though your bones wont get smaller, you can gain a nice case of osteoporosis which will make your bones lighter, and of course easier to break!.

Oh btw its the phosphoric acid in the colas which causes your calcium level to go down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Decreasing your bone mass is extremely risky and unhealthy!. It can give you brittle bones, osteoporosis and you will be at risk for many other disorders such as arthritis and early onset menapause!

If anything - you should aim to increase your bone mass via weight training and regular 30min exercise 5 times a week!.

Sounds like you might have an eating disorder!.!.!.you need to discuss these things with your GP as soon as possible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No I am sorry!. But why would you want to!? That means your bones are strong and won't decease when you grow older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
