Question: I think I have a problem with eating!?
I'm really hungry but I don't want to eat!. I'm scared of gaining weight!. The only thing I eat was a ham & cheese!.That was 7 hours ago!. I'm not underweight!. I used to make myself sick after I eat!. I only did it 8 times!. I have not made myself sick in months!. I'm never going to do that again!. I promise!. My friends are starting to worry about me!. If you're not afraid of gaining wait so you won't eat when you're hungry, then you're showing symptoms of anorexia!.!.!.!. anorexia's an 'unhealthy fear of gaining weight'!. They are both complex conditions and you need a medical expert to assess you and help you!. You need to talk to your parents/ carers and book an apointment with your doctor!. 1!. You say you're 'not underweight'!. Maybe not, but an eating disorder is a mental state, not a physical one!. 2!. A symptom of an eating disorder is having a distorted (or false) body image!. well thats a really good thing that you dont make your self sick anymore
thats a big step
but even though you dont want to eat listen to your body
if its hungry then eat something healthy
or with a lot of protein, protein fills you up and has a lot of good stuff in it for you
but you can die from straving you self so would you rather die or eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to be cautious & watch what you eat, but you're at the point where you're starving yourself!. People are supposed to eat three balanced meals a day, so if you eat good portioned meals & exercise regulary, you have nothing to worry about!.
