something small before and after!. the body is in a hypoglycemic state (low blood sugar) upon awakening!. exercising in this fasted state is very catabolic!. the body also can't exercise at high levels of intensity with low blood sugar!. the body needs energy to be able to exercise with sufficient intensity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom always said to eat something before, but i always ate it after because after you workout your metabolism is up so therefore whatever you eat right after the workout will burn off quicker because your metabolism is alright up!. If you are hungry before your workout then just eat before!. It really doesn't matter!. I always ate after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Something small before and after!. You need the energy to burn off and then you need the energy to replace!. Don't forget to drink water before and after with your food to keep you hydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a small snack before, then my actual breakfast after I come back!. It's basically whatever you feel comfortable with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say after or you may get sick!.!. weight atleast 20 min after working out though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
