Well, if you want excersice moves to help you, then I think that I have some moves that can help you!.
UPPER THIGHS: lunges, squats, lunge- kicks, pilates (buy a video), and yoga!.
STOMACH: sit ups, push ups
REMEMBER TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER BECAUSE IT FLUSHES OUT TOXINS AND FATS IN THE BODY!. ALSO, IF YOU CAN, BUY AN EXCERSICE VIDEO AND WORKOUT TO IT FOR ABOUT 45 MINS A DAY!.

they always work! do them everynight before you go to bed!. but you must tighten your stomache while you do this: if not the muscles will be built out to cause and unpleasnt musclely thick stomache!.

Squats and lunges work wonders for the thighs!. I like to do squats and lunges in the shower while I'm washing my hair!.
