Stupid fat 14 year old boy...help =..(?!


Question: Stupid fat 14 year old boy!.!.!.help =!.!.(!?
im getting soooo pissed at myself, becuz i try every time, to stay away from junk food, and i cant!!
and then i try to work out,!.!.!.i cant!.
the only thing i can do here, is go walking two times a day, 2 miles each!.
and im 14 year old guy and weigh 207 ibs!. ya i kno REALY REALY fat!!!
but tell me what to do, what to eat, and i dnt have that much money to get a gym mebership, so please please help me!!
and i would love to have a very well toned, and in shape body, in two or three months!.!.!.plez plez help me!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh hunny, i have spotted your problem!.
why have you put a time limit on your weight loss!?
2-3 months is not very long!.

you need to eat a balanced diet!.
i recommend checking out weight watchers for the food part!.

now for working out, you should definitely walk at least 30 minutes a day at a good speed!. and if you want to tone up then definitely look online and find diffent work outs that appeal to you and what your problems areas are!.

and don't expect to see fantastic results in two weeks, atleast visually!. you will how ever feel great and more energetic!. just keep working and you will find yourself not even being able to believe that you ever were another way!. : D

First of all, how tall are you!? If you are like 5 foot 4, then you are over wheight, but if you are like 6 feet tall, you are fine!. My dad is 6 feet tall, and weighs about the same, he is only a little chubby, not really though!.

You wont get your dream body in only 3 months!. You need a little more time!.

Try to cut off of the junk food, and calories, ect!. And the workout you are doing is just fine!

well first of all i agree with the people above me it depends on your height!. But if you do want to lose weight cut down on some calories not a lot and eat healthy!.
About the exercises something that tends to help with me is listening to music (preferably rock) and that gets me in the mood to work outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Every time you wanna go to BK or Jack go to subway instead

Keep on walking, oh and start hitting the track!. Run if you can!. Other exercises are hard to do if you cant go to the gym so forget them!. but start jogging slowly if you canWww@Answer-Health@Com
