i don't think you need to lose weight but rather become more defined lose all the pudge so you can see the muscles maybe try a diet but don't leave out things you need to increase muscle mass try protien shakes and eating fruit and things like that do more of a cardio workout quick sprints running bleacher try a exorcise they call the snake you run all the way across the field then jog up 10 yards and run back aross the field and see how long you can last you are still young and your body is still developing hard work is the answer that you are looking forWww@Answer-Health@Com

why on earth would you want to lose weight for that position!. you need to be a fast powerful person to get around that offensive line and drive right through them im 6 1, 180 and benching 275 squatting 375!. Trust me just get faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
