Like everyone else said your at a perfect weight!.
But for toning up your stomach you can do some crunches everyday!.
For legs walking!.
For arms try put them palm out and slowly circling them!.
And you can do the sauna 3 times a week for 30 min!.
But thats jsut if you want to tone up other than that you should be fine :]

At your height you have a fabulous shape I'm sure!.!.!.maybe it is the tone that you are lacking!.!.!.!.do some weights and stop weighing yourself !.!.!.!.cut out sugar!.!.salt!.!.!.bread!.!.!.condiments!.!.!.and you will be a lean mean muscle machine in no timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
