Should i work out twice?!

Should i work out twice?
i work out normally 5-6 days a week doing 30 mins of cardio and some strength training and i watch my diet. but im on summer break and there are days when i dont go anywhere and do nothing but watch tv all day lol. i work out on those days and still watch my diet, but i was wondering if i should work out twice on those days? or is once enough? cause im really not doing much of anything. i just dont wanna over work my body or anything. so opinions please

I don't think that there is anything wrong with working out twice but you may want to consider just extending your workout. It will help you build endurance and save you the trouble of showering twice a day. But if your schedule doesn't allow for this, go ahead and work out twice. I used to do it over the summer when I was home for school and I was in the best shape of my life as a result. I felt great. Good luck!
