Running with pot belly?!


Question: Running with pot belly!?
I have a pot belly which I am desperate to get rid off!.!.!.
To do that!.!.!.I have been running on treadmill 5 days a week since last 2 months!.
To get maximum returns!.!.!.i have one doubt!.

When I run on treadmill !.!.!. do I keep my belly sucked in
OR do I extend it out (opposite of sucked-in)!.!.!.and expand the pot bigger!.!.!.!.so that the muscles on the pot are tight !.!.!.and thus the fat get burned faster!?

Running just normally!.!.!.doesn't seem to show results!.!.!.inspite of thorough dedication for 2 months!.

When i run with belly expanded!.!.!.!.i do get a feeling that the muscles on the pot belly are being worked upon!.!.!.!.whats your input!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Suck in the stomach! If you are running on the treadmill put it on a incline of 2!.5 - running outside is better (pref on grass, better for your joints), as the ground is un-even your body, muscles, joints are constantly re-balancing and adapting to the different surface levels so you get a better and quicker result running outside than on a treadmill!.

Another way to ensure you keep those stomach muscles held in is hold your stomach in, get a piece of thin ribbon or string and tie round your stomach!. If you eat too much or find yourself slouching / puffing out the stomach, the string gets tighter and reminds you to suck it back in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to keep your core flexed!. That would mean to suck it in and flex at the same time!. Plus, do some crunches or sit ups before you get on the treadmill!. You will feel the burn and know it is working! Love ya and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
