ok im 15 gonna be 16 in sept. and i weigh 160 pounds and im 5"2" well i would love to lose weight b4 school starts again aug.22 I was thinking if I eat a salad everyday with just apple cider vingear as my dressing and try to run for 20-30 mins 3-5 days a week how much do u think i would lose by aug 22. well im not just gonna eat a salad everyday but other heathly stuff

you need to eat more than salad a day. learn about proper nutrition. run 30 mins minimum 5-6 days a week and you might lose 15 pounds.
