How do you boost your metabolism!? Also, any good ideas to boost will power!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat small meals four times a day!. Lots of veggies, fruits and proteins!. Chicken breast, fish, eggs, nuts and of course fruits & veggies!.

Eat until you are satisfied, but not stuffed!. You will never be hungry, but it will keep your metabolism going and cause you to lose weight!!!

One way is to start your day by drinking sips of a cup of hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice during breakfast!.

then later in the day drink ice cold water!. Alternate the hot and the ice cold through out the day!.

right before meals drink a cup of room temperature water

Another way is to eat 6 small meals through out the day instead of 3 large meals!.

I naturally have high metabolism so I constantly snack rather than eating large meals!. When you have high metabolism your body consumes fat as energy faster so you need food to keep your body from consuming your muscle as energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat frequently!. My metabolism is higher than that of anyone I know!. I eat little meals all the time!. I am 5'8 and 105lbs!.

I think dieting messes up your metabolism badly!. Muscle, of course keeps it high as well as eating frequently!.

When people first meet me they will say I eat like a bird, but once they have spent a whole day with me they will say something along the lines of!. OMG! You eat ALL the time!. :D I eat as much as most of my friends, I just don't dump it all into three oversized meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
