Question: Should you eat before you workout!?
I'm trying to lose weight!. I want to start jogging tomorrow!. What should I eat before!? I do a 30 min cardio in the morning!. Should I do more!? what should I not eat!? I need a list!. What should I eat!? thanks!. 10 points if you help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stairs are good to shape the butt!. Running for 30 minutes is good, make sure you sweat a lot!. Eat whole grains (maybe granola bar) or cereal before you work out!. Preferrably one hour before you start your workout!. If you're trying to lose weight, reduce your daily calorie intake at about 1200!. Lots of leafy greens, lean meat, fruits, grains, and fish!. WATER!. Lots of it!. Diet soda doesn't have any sugar or a lot of calories, but it has a lot of sodium!. Drink diet green tea!. That helps you detox!. Make sure you drink drinks without high fructose corn syrup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im a runner and id suggest you definatly eat something little before you run other wise you'll feel weak!. fruit and saltines are my usual choice, but other choices are good too as long as they dont contain lots of sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
