I'm trying to lose weight!. I want to start jogging tomorrow!. What should I eat before!? I do a 30 min cardio in the morning!. Should I do more!? what should I not eat!? I need a list!. What should I eat!? thanks!. 10 points if you help me!.

here is a meal plan to help you out:
breakfast-
1 cup cherrios
1 vanilla ensure
1 banana
lunch-
2 slices of whole wheat weight watchers bread
2 slices of turkey
2 slices of provolone
100 calorie pack
1 apple
snack
120 calorie granola bar
as much water as you want
dinner-
1 cup low carb wheat pasta
1 grilled chicken breast
and 1 cup of broccoli
and a great strawberry snack recipe:
slice fresh large strawberries into 1cm-2cm slices
dehydrate them in a dehydrator until firm and storable
place on a baking sheet, flat
put in freezer until frozen
transfer to bag for freezing until use
try serving over plain yogurt or something
