Work outs and Weight Ideas....?

I'm sorry that this is going to be a very vague question. I have been trying to get into a work out routine, but seem to be having trouble keeping it up for long periods of time, any ideas how i can keep in a rhythm better. I'm trying to add a little weight on, because I'm about 6' and only around 125 lbs. Any tips on this would help. Thanks

Wow, 6' and only 125? All I can say, since it looks like you are a guy, is dont over do your workouts. The key to good workouts is doing things that make you happy!
