How can i loose 3 pounds a week?!


Question: How can i loose 3 pounds a week!?
i have 10 weeks to loose 30 pounds for my vacation!. tell me what to do and i will do it!.

3 pounds a week is actually quite unrealistic unless you are really overweight and are willing to make a dramatic change in your eating habbits and exercise!. I have lost over 40 pounds in just 4 months by working out 3 times a week with a personal trainer, doing cardio 5-7 days a week, and drastically changing how I eat!. However, I am only 5ft 2in, and I weighed 202lbs!. The personal training is expensive, but I am extremely self motivated and push myself (I tell the trainer if I think I can do more weight, and do my cardio on my own)!. Like I said, I have lost over 40 pounds in 4 months, for a total for 26 inches lost and decreased my BMI by 10!. My results are not typical, especially if you are not strict on yourself, and truthfully, 3 pounds a week may not be healthy!.

Here is what I do:
Monday - 1 hour weight training (lower body) & cardio
Tuesday - cardio
Wednesday - 1 hour weight training (arms/shoulders) & cardio
Thursday - cardio
Friday - 1 hour weight training (back/chest) & cardio
Saturday and/or Sunday - 2 mile run at home

My cardio is at least 2 miles on the treadmill, but I often do longer!.

I eat 5 times a day
breakfast is a protein and two carbs
a!.m!. snack is a carb and a fat
lunch - protein, carb, carb, veggies*
p!.m!. snack - carb, fat, veggies*
dinner - protein, fat, veggies, veggies*

I don't actually like veggies, so I supplement!. Contrary to popular belief, there are carbs that are good for you - fresh fruits, whole grains, low fat yogurt!. Fats would be low sodium nuts, low fat salad dressings, and oils (sunflower seed oil, etc)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat smaller portions first so that ur stomach gets used to smaller amounts of food and DO NOT eat after 6 oclock because w!.e u eat after that goes to fat cause at night u go sleap and the food is still processing through and ull gain wieght if u eat at night!. ANd deffinelty excersize run or dance or something, if u arent a runner turn on the music and dance thats wat i do but im a dancer so thats fun for me idk about u, and eat healthy like dont have chips or anything thats in a bag unless its lettuce, eat fresh like salads chicken rice veggies, and if ur hungry and wanna snack have a fruit not a bag of chips!. Weight Watchers is basically fool proof, as long as you don't cheat!. If you follow the diet, you will lose weight!.

They have two different plans: The Flex Plan and The Core Plan!. Both are good, just make sure that whichever one you pick, you stick to it! You get to eat larger quantities of food on Core, but more variety on Flex!.
