I binged on dark chocolate badly!?!


Question: I binged on dark chocolate badly!!?
well, im a chocoholic and i know dark chocolate is better for u so i got a giant bar thats 85% cocoa!.!.!.i didnt think i would like it but it was ok!.!.!.the more i ate, the more i liked it! i guess it takes an acquired taste to even like it at all! well i was hoping tha i could have a few squares a day since it was a large bar but i just ate the whole thing!!.!.!.thats 33 grams of SATURATED FAT out of 54 grams total!.!.!.and also 630 calories!.!.!.i already had other crap to eat today(including peanuts which is just more fat) and a subway footlong!!.!.!.i was hungry today!(even though there was more than what i listed!)

what can i do! i feel bad!.!.!.not just cuz i ate the whole thing, but cuz of all the saturated fat! is this going to affect me!.!.!.and im also still really hungry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating chocolate sweets and cakes will leave you hungry - you get an initial sugar rush then your blood sugar drops right down leaving you hungry!.
To avoid being hungry you need to eat wholegrain cereals, granary bread (not white bread) andd whole wheat pasta, brown rice and potatoes with their skins on!. These are low GI foods which release energy into your blood stream gradually thus preventing hunger!.
I dont know why you bought a huge bar of chocolate knowing that you regularly binge!. Why did you suddenly think you would have willpower today when you have been bingeing for months!? In future just buy a small bar of chocolate or packet of sweets so the temptation isn't there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, calm down!. =P as long as you don't do that everyday!? yeah dark choco takes a certain taste bud lol!. i like it!. Just tell yourself you are in control!. do not buy BIG asss choco bars only lil ones!. so you dont eat all at once!.
subway is coo!.
you and you alone can stop eating that much if you really want to!. so just do it!. =)
also i would go work out what you just ate!. just go for a 30 -40 min jog and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if anyone tells you to purge!.!.!.!.don't do it and I'm sure you know not to do it!. You can just excersise a majority of it off!. And to stop your hunger you can chew gum to distract you or brush your teeth to make the thought of food less appealing to you!. =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
