Question:
I'm dying! help me?
I'm 109-110 lbs and am 5'6. I want to gain at least 5 lbs to be the perfect 115 lbs I dreamed of. To gain this weight is it so bad to eat junk food a little. This is what I ate today:
Breakfast= Toast, Egg
Lunch= Sandwich, Chips, Coffee Soda
Dinner= Salad, Lamb, Hot Pretzel, Coffee Soda
Snack= 2 Hot Pretzels
Snack= I am about to eat M and Ms...
This comes to app. 1800 calories or so. Is this bad to do?

I made a typo- I only had 2 hot pretzels today! NOT THREE!
Answers:
It's never healthy to eat too much junk food, or fatty foods. The best way to gain weight, I believe is to gain it through gaining muscle. Do weight training, and light cardio.
But before you go into that, look at yourself. Are you proportionate? Do you have a healthy body type? It's not always about weight.
Plus, how old are you? Maybe you're not done developing, or maybe your metabolism is high. The older you get, the easier (not always a good easy) it is to put on weight.
