How much pounds do u need 2 lift 2 get cut?!

How much pounds do u need 2 lift 2 get cut?

i weight 123 lbs and i dont how much 2 lift please tell me


Answers:

lift your max load you can do..... every week, add 5 more lbs to it. You don't need to do like 50 reps.. Just need to do like 7 reps, 3 mins rest, 7 more, 3 mins rest , then as much you can do.... Every other day..

Just make sure you use a bench because, if doing on the floor, like I did, you can injur your wrist and then, you're fked like me for awhile... I went to 140lbs and BAM, I ain't lifting that anymore..

Also, I weigh as much as you at 6 feet tall..
