Working out with a whacked out schedule?!


Question: Working out with a whacked out schedule!?
I work from 5pm-5am so im asleep all day!. Does anyone know when it would be a good time to work out!? also when it would be ok to eat!? i heard it is best to do it when you wake up (work out) but since its my end of the day and i dont wake up until usually 3-4 pm how do i fit it in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just imagine that you are starting at say 9 am and finishing at 9 pm!. go for a quick run before work, or just walk to work!. eat as you normally would, a good breakfast at around 4 pm, lunch in the middle and dinner around 3 am, and right to bed when your home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no pain no gain!. lets say you sleep at 6am!. you should wake up around 2 pm!. spend 60-90 minutes to work out!. sure you can cut your sleeping hour!. when you do excercise, you;ll feel fit longer!. so you may work better too!. eat when you wake up!. than every 3 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
