Pounds in two months?!


Question: Pounds in two months!?
kay!.!. being realistic, how many pounds can i lose in 2 months!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

im 16 and im willing to committ and exersice at least 1 hour everyday and to eat as healty as possible without starving myself!.
i weight 135 right now
i just want to look great for my senior year in high school!!!!!
so how many pounds could i lose in 8 weeks following a consistent routine!?

also, i would like to know what are the most effective exersices that i could do in order to lose weigth fast!.!. jogging, dancing!?

Well first of, just being healthier and finding a routine that you can keep up with is the most important thing in the long run!. But ok, as far as exercises go, jogging is the most efficient exercise you can do if you keep up with it, keep experimenting with others though because if you find one you like better, you'll work harder at that one and burn more calories!. If you can do a 10 minute mile on the treadmill for an hour a day then that's 6 miles a day!. One mile running comes out to about 100 calories!. So that's 600cal/day times 60 days or 36000 calories burned!. A pound of fat is 3000 calories so 12 pounds would be lost from running!.

Keep your diet varied and healthy but if you can stay at around 1500 calories your metabolism will be at it's highest and you'll have enough protein and carbs to recover from your workouts!. Try not to drop under this!. But yah, let's say that's another 300 calories a day!. There's another 6 pounds!. More if you eat a lot of McD's!. P!.S!. A mayo pack has over 100 calories!. Cut out the mayo!. And just get regular coffee at starbucks instead of fancy stuff!.

So if you work hard and trim the excess off your diet (don't change completely all at once, you won't stick with it), you could lose about 20 pounds!.

Also, work out the bigger muscle groups with some heavy weights!. It takes way more effort than you'd expect to get bulky so don't worry about that, it will make you slimmer though if you add a little muscle!. A pound of fat burns around 3 calories an hour!. A pound of muscle burn at least 10 times that!. And that's happening all the time so if you want to burn ten times more calories while you sleep, work out the bigger muscles like your back, chest, and legs!.
