Change me exercise pattern or leave it the same?!

Question: Change me exercise pattern or leave it the same!?
I usually do 30minutes of treadmill every morning but I feel like I always start off hard and then lack energy after about 5 minutes and I dont work as hard as I want to!. So my question is should I do a round of exercises!? (5mins each)

What I mean is!.!.!. put a treadmill, exercise bike and aerobic step in a circle and do 5minutes of one then change to the next one and so on and so fourth till I've finished the 30min time limit!.

I also though since its only for a little while it would push me harder and make my heart rate go up more therefore working harder!.

Your opinion!?!? Do you think the 5 minutes on each machine is a good idea!? or should I just stick to the treadmill!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I can't stress enough how useless the treadmill is unless combined with other exercises!

So yes, your 5 minutes on each plan sounds like a great idea!. You should definitely give this a try!.

Jogging on a treadmill for half an hour just makes you tired and miserable!. You hate doing it and it doesn't give you results!. For your five minutes on the treadmill, try this instead:
20 second sprint as fast as you can
30 second walk
repeat

A varied exercise routine is usually the most effective one!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it!. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural)!. The results were excellent!. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox!. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www!.easy-diet-fit!.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4!.95 shipping and handling!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
