Answers:
Normal HEALTHY weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week, depending on the person can even go up to 3, nothing higher than that!.
They want to ensure extra safety so they are encouaraging 1 lb per week!. I'd definitely aim for 2 lbs per week though
Cut 500 calories a day through eating and b urn an extra 500 calories a day through exercise!. 1000 calories saved x 7 days= 7000 calories or 2 pounds!. (3500 cals = 1 pound)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to understand that it is only safe to lose one to at the most two lbs a week and be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle!. Losing any more weight would make you sicker and put the weight you just lost right back on!. Losing weight is a complete lifestyle change not just diet!. You need to learn to encorporate better food choices as well as exercise in order to find a balance and be able to be happy with yourself and your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm part of Sparkteens!.com, and they want you to stay healthy!. Losing one pound a week is the the most you should be losing!. One or two, no more than two, they are just trying to ensure healthy habits, insteads of making you think you can lose a billion pounds in a week,w hen you can't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK!. So!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
