What exercises should I do to lose my take fat of my stomach, thighs, and bottom!


Question: What exercises should I do to lose my take fat of my stomach, thighs, and bottom!?
I am 14 and I need to lose weight what better way than over the summer!. My goal is to get from 141lbs!. to 117lbs!. by Dec!. 7, 2008!. I am using SparkTeen to keep track of calories and fitness!. I run for 15 mins!. going 4mph!. I want to do small exercises!. I know I should only eat 3 healthy meals a day!. No sugars, fats, fried, etc!. foods!. And not to eat after 7pm!. Can I get a few tips on small exercises!. I do 150 sit-ups a day!. But i need more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The 15 minutes for running is good!. But what you should do is get on a tredmill!. Run for the same amount of time, but a bit faster pace!. Do this once a day and every two days raise the elevation one point!. After a few weeks, if you feel up to it and you're not sore!.!.!.then run for 25-30 minutes!. If you keep this up until december, i bet you anything you'll have promising results!. If you're looking to lose weight faster, join a sport!. I take tumbling classes for my cheerleading(2 classes a week, and hour each) you dont need to take it that much if you do that though!. But if you're not into that, then sign up for soccer or softball, or whatever sport you want to play!. I'd say you've got the eating habit under control!. As long as you burn more than you eat, you'll lose weight!. If you do the tredmill thing and (possibly) the sport, then i think you will definatly make your goal by or even before december!. But remeber, with excersise you will build muscle!. And muscle weighs more than fat, so if you start looking thinner, but your weight stays around the same!.!.then its all good :) good luck with everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Geez!. I'm sorry, but you should do a little research!. You can't can't can't "spot reduce!."
Cut the sit ups, learn how to do a proper crunch!. Do them last in your work out!.
Continue eating healthy, but please don't do anything unhealthy!
Look into weight training, it's a great way to get lean and shapely!.
don't worry about weight- take a body fat composition test or just your measurements- this will tell you if you are toning up!.
If you like small, difficult and concentrated movements, try ballet, pilates or yoga!. They WILL add tone, but trust me, you want some muscle!.

you'll definitely hit your goal in december if you eat the healthy way you described and stay active!. it'll still be work but 5 lb a month is doable!. try running a longer distance just 3-4 times a week!. going out and doing stuff in the summer is the easiest way to burn calories--swimming, biking, hiking, walking, really working it out/dancing to some songs are effective calorie burners!. squats and stairs will tone up your thighs and butt and keep those areas from jiggling!. make sure to eat natural foods, keep track online, and don't cheat yourself!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
