What's going on with my weight?!


Question: What's going on with my weight!?
No, this isn't one of those "I'm so fat!" questions!. Kind of the opposite!.

Okay, so I haven't had gym in months since term 3 (we have gym terms 1 and 3) and I haven't exercised since then!. And then summer came, and I decided to run because I wanted to be really toned for track and field in the fall!. I just started today and I checked my weight before I went running so I could judge if I gained any muscle!. After I was done running for just 1 hour, I checked my weight and I had lost three pounds!. How is this possible!? I know my scale isn't broken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
