I was wondering how to have a flatter stomach, preferably with abs. I don't want to spend money on any dumb machines.


Answers:

First, watch your diet. Then walk or run an hour at least three times a week. If you don't do these two steps, all the ab crunches you do will result in muscles on top of fat. Best ab exercise is the bicycle, followed by squats. Avoid sit-ups because they really just work the hips.
