How to get a flat abs or a six pack??!


Question: How to get a flat abs or a six pack!?!?
I run everyday for about 20 minutes and i work my abs with about 100 crunches everyday!. but i still have some fat that isnt going away!!
What is a way to get the little extra fat off!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although situps are excellent for working your upper abdominals, doing them in excess won't have much effect!.

To get maximum results out of your abdominals and to see the best results, you should do no more than 15 situps at a time with 15 second breaks in between sets!. 4 set sof these will be perfect!. If 15 is too easy for you, then do weighted situps with free weights or use something heavy around the house like a book!. Hold this on your chest with crossed arms while performing situps!. Start doing this and you will see terrific results!.

**Remember though-- situps are only working your upper abdominals and must be supplemented with other abdominal exercises, plenty of cardio, and a well-balanced diet to acheive that beloved six-pack defintion! Also taking whey protein in the morning, after your workout, and post workout is a must!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your eating right and not eating too many calories!. You might want to step up the running to 30 minutes!. Also mix up your workout, do more than just crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
