How many calories should i burn at the gym?!


Question: How many calories should i burn at the gym!?
i dont eat after 4pm
and i plan to lose 10 lbs like this wil this work!.

hard to say!. calories are twofold!. one, they are a unit of energy!.two, they cannot be used like fuel in that each of us will 'burn' that energy ( calories) at different rates according to how fit and heavy we are plus our metabolic rates have a big difference!.
a gym may have a 'calorie' counter showing the calories being 'used' it will be a good guess if !.!. you have inputted your weight beforehand and it can work out roughly the rate of energy needed for your weight(mass) to do so much units of work and show it as calories burned!.
Also muscle (weight) as opposed to fat in the body will burn more calories even when you are asleep!.
you have not stated what you eat before 4 PM ! so if you have for example eaten 3000 calories and your ! body only needs 2000 you have to burn not only the extra 1000 calories but MORE if you want to 'reduce' weight of oyour body!.
a ideal way is to join both a gym and a weight watchers club so you can learn what foods not to eat ( big effect ) and what foods you should be eating !.
a gym shoudl offer oyu guidance on training regime and you cabn step this up slowly as oyou get fitter, expect a quick drop in wieght at first ( mainly water leaving body cells ) then a much slower rate of weight loss!. if!? you keep it up over a time peroid of say 3 months again if!? you eat less ( slightly) than your body needs and train too !. you WILL lose weight ,get fitter and live longer!.
Note all, laboratory animals tested using food trials lived longer when they were on a diet whcih included a day of starvation!. ( not nessasary or needed but shows the body works best when it has LESS food rather than more)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's very unhealthy!. The most you can loose a week is 2-3 pounds!. Give it about 5 weeks, thats what I have to say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
