Question: How many cals!?
okay so this morning i had a fruit salad

half a apple
half an orange
12 grapes
a slice of cantaloupe

how many cals is that!?

and any suggestions for what i can eat for the rest of the day!?

half of a large orange is 43 cals!.
12 grapes is 41 cals!.
a slice of cantaloupe is 23 cals!.
that comes to a total of 162 cals for your fruit salad

you could have a grilled chicken salad (: lean protein and veggies are good for you!.

well i know that each grape is 3 calories so you've got 36 calories there
