Lose weight?!?!


Question: Lose weight!?!!?
I am 5' 5" about 123 lbs and I am pretty muscular, which is good I guess since I do sports (swimming) everyday for 2 hours but the problem is that I always have this craving to eat even when I am not hungry and nothing seems to be working!.!.!.
It really sucks whenever I want to buy clothes because I have to get either a medium/large and sometimes is frustrating to find pants to fit me!. What can I do to lose my extra body fat!?

Hey!

Would you believe it!?! i sort of have the same routine as you!. I love to swim and used to always eat when i wasnt hungry!.

What i did was 1st see what i was eating when i wasnt hungry - sometimes it would be a whole meal! So first identify what your eating!.

Second, replace what you are stuffing yourself with, with something health, like carrots or an apple!. I now replace my cravings with veggies or fruits and this allows me to feel full and to not add weight!.

Or else, why dont you check what your eating when you have a meal!? try eating less carbs and more veggies and have a fruit after your meal!. That will definately help you!! It helped me!
