im working on cytogainer riht now and i have already seen great improvements in about 4 days.. I had a little fat before i started and i was wondering how much a day should i run to lose some fat and not muscle? i am 5'8 and a half weigh about 154 and around 170-200 g of protein everyday.. how much should i run? BTW, im working this for august 20th (begining of high school) will it work?
