Anyone got any (relativley sensible!) tips on loosing weight quickly?

Or any recommended diet tablets/patches?

Eat high fibre foods and drink orange juice lots of it this will speed up your elimination. When hunger strikes eat cereals low sugar with skimmed milk or semi-skimmed is as good in my opinion. Take vitamin supplements

Do lots of walking walk everywhere if you have a car dont use it unless you really have 2.

Play an intense sport that makes you sweat a lot and you enjoy. If you are unfit don't push yourself to hard. I like squash for this.

Keep your muscles from aching through massage light yoga thai chi anything like that. You can also use these to warm up and down before and after intense activity.

Learn to breathe correctly Vedic breathing is highly regarded and is a precursor to many forms of yoga.

This is the best way to lose weight, and maintain your health and new physique.

Avoid intense weight training and short burst exercises designed to build strength and muscles. This is something entirely different to what you are trying to achieve and is the most common cause of self-injuries.
