how can i get rid of the fat in my inner thighs area!? it's my worse part!. will squats help me get rid of fat at all!? or should i just do cardio!? i'm confused!. i hate to look muscular please help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

squats, wall sits, running!. however these will just tone the muscels underneath the fat!. you cant lose fat in one specific place!. try running, walking, or jogging a little each day, eat healthier, and doing those jeg excericises!. you should notice the scale(and your legs) drop a little after a week or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
to get rid of fattty legs all you have to do is do leg lifts for 2 min!. on each leg everyday for about a month and stop eating fatty foods! you wont gain a ton of muscle youll just lose your thigh fat!

a good heart rate to work at is 220 - your age, so if your 15 you should have a heartrate of 205 when working out!. doing something is better than nothing, squats, running, and cardio would all work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
