Question: Wanting to lose weight this summer!!?
Okay I know there are lots of similar questions out there, but none of them fit me!.
I'm 13, I weight 140 lbs, 5 feet!. I want to lose about 30 pounds, so I weigh around 110!. I've tried running, but it seems I'm not as fit as I thought I was!. So this summer I REALLY want to lose weight so I look skinnier and feel better about myself!. I'm able to cut the junk food!. I'm also looking for cardio workouts besides running and swimming!. If you can help I'll love you forever xD

The summer is a good time to loose weight because you could eat much fresh fruits and salads, do not forget to drink plenty of water you could add walking to your exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Jump rope with your friends!.It's fun lol!.Im 13 too and I love to swim and jump rope with my pals lol!.It's really good cardio too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying DDR for about 1 + 1/2 hours a day!. It burns a pretty decent amount of calories per hour, even on easy mode, and time just seems to fly by while you're doing it since it's fun!. xD; I really can't stand many types of excercise besides that!.
Since you're willing to cut out the junk food (by the way, a little every now and then is not that bad), you're probably good to go!. Just try to keep your intake around 1,500 calories a day, and stay hydrated!. You can probably lose around 2 lb a week once you get going!. :3
P!.S!., if this sounds fun to you, but you don't have a game console or don't wan to spend a ton of money on the game, you can download Stepmania and order a USB dance pad for relatively cheap (around 30 USD, I think)
