Answers:
There really is no such thing as pre-work out and post work-out protein!. They are all pretty much the same!.

I recommend taking protein right when you wake up, immediately after workout, and right before you go to sleep!.

As far as pre-workout, get a pre-workout supplement like No-Xplode, Black Powder, or Superpump 250!.

And ON protein is usually rated as a better product then the EAS one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its truly 100% whey, then there is no difference between the so-called pre- and post- workout ones!. Its just that ONE HUNDRED PERCENT whey!

But, just maybe, the postworkout one is 'predigested', which means it'll enter your bloodstream almost as fast as pure amino acids (very fast)!. Check the label!. If that's the case, then it is better than plain whey, since the quicker you get the amino acids to your muscles after a workout, the quicker protein synthesis can start!. And the quicker you recover or grow or adapt to the workout!.

By the way, despite what the gurus say, you do not NEED to mix sugar with your post-workout protein!. It does help workouts and recovery if you do that with your pre-workout shake though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

six star and body fortress are better
i dont like 100 percent whey!. u dont get results as fast
anyways for pre workouts
some believe that if you do it before you workout u dont have to take it afterwards and if you do u take it in a smaller dose cuz it hasnt become digested yet
and if it has ull have more energy throughout your workout and youll be able to get through it
post workout is when you take it afterwards to restore what you lost during your workout so you body can rebuild itself!.!.!. otherwise it wont and you may be left weaker than you were beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com

pre-work-out protein gets you pumping and post-work-out builds more muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
